1. Acceptance. By using NicknameDigiShop you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility. You must be able to enter a binding contract. Minors may use the service only with parental consent.

3. Accounts. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Buyers. Purchases grant you a limited licence to access and use the purchased content as described on the product page. Redistribution or commercial reuse may be restricted.

5. Creators. You warrant that you have the rights to sell the content you upload. You agree to the platform commission and payout terms.

6. Payments. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds are subject to the platform and/or creator refund policy.

7. Prohibited conduct. You may not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content; abuse other users; or circumvent the platform.

8. Termination. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimer. The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
